About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on buildings, facilities equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Inspect and lubricate moving parts including sprockets, chains, bearings, and gearboxes
- Troubleshoot issues related to degraded or contaminated lubricants and abnormal machine wear
- Execute filter changes, cleaning, and minor equipment repairs
- Respond to work orders and provide service feedback while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Operate a variety of equipment including hand tools, laptops, and fork trucks
- Follow strict safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures and the use of required PPE
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US Citizenship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Experience or ability to operate a fork truck
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST) and overtime as required
