Industrial Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support logistics activities related to the launch of new projects and production models
• Collaborate on the analysis and optimization of internal logistics flows
• Support logistics and production layout studies for warehouse, kitting, and sequencing areas
• Assist the team in defining processes for storage, material handling, and line feeding
• Monitor logistics KPIs and contribute to the analysis of operational performance
• Support the preparation of technical reports and project presentations
• Collaborate on the drafting of operating procedures and technical documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing methodologies
• Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure the correct progress of activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Italian language proficiency at a C1 level
• English language proficiency at a B1/B2 level
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D layout design
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or World Class Manufacturing methodologies
• Interest in the automotive sector and industrial logistics processes
