Industrial Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial leasing brokerage services
• Provide information and comprehensive support for relocation projects
• Support business matching between domestic and international shippers
• Collect new and existing property information and register it in the internal database
• Conduct new business development through cold calling
• Provide leasing management and rent consulting for owners and investors
• Lead projects by acting as a bridge between other departments and countries

Requirements

• Experience in new business development (individual or corporate sales)
• OR experience in leasing as an owner or property manager
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency
• Real Estate Transaction Specialist qualification (to be obtained after joining)
