Responsibilities

• Conduct and document industrial hygiene exposure assessments of site processes
• Perform field surveillances and workforce interviews
• Review established procedures and industrial hygiene data
• Perform industrial hygiene sampling for hazards such as asbestos, silica, VOCs, welding fumes, and noise
• Interpret sampling results and assist with general industrial hygiene work

Requirements

• Active DOE L Clearance or DOD Equivalent
• Bachelor of Science in a related field
• Demonstrated experience in industrial hygiene including equipment sampling and calibration
• Strong interpersonal and multi-discipline team coordination skills
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, and work in industrial environments
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• ABIH Certification (CIH)
• Experience with nuclear, heavy construction, or chemical process facilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of industrial safety and health requirements
