About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and programs to deploy the UPSA continuous improvement approach based on TPM
- Contribute to cultural transformation to develop team autonomy and adherence to the industrial plan
- Promote a holistic performance culture (SQDCEM)
- Analyze global process and organizational performance within industrial operations and propose action plans
- Develop and improve work processes, tools, and methods within multidisciplinary teams
- Lead and direct the Skills and Training pillar
- Coach, train, and guarantee the continuous improvement skill levels of operational management teams
- Manage the team on a daily basis
Requirements
- Engineer or Pharmacist degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or agri-food industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management (production, supply chain, or maintenance)
- Solid experience in continuous improvement (WCM, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, HPWS)
- Proficiency with CI tools: PDCA, RCA, 5S, SMED, Kobetsu Kaizen
- Mandatory fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong leadership, mediation, and communication skills
- Ability to act as a change agent and coach
