Industrial Equipment Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze industrial equipment performance and identify areas for improvement
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
• Manage industrial equipment suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and deadline compliance
• Oversee the successful completion of technical projects assigned to service providers
• Participate in the design and implementation of new equipment in collaboration with internal teams
• Ensure equipment compliance with group standards and production line requirements

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering, mechanics, or production management
• 0-3 years of experience in methods environments and/or the automotive sector
• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of industrial production processes
• Technical project management skills
• Supplier and service provider management experience
• Understanding of industrial quality and safety standards
• Professional fluency in French and English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in sheet metal (tôlerie) processes
