Industrial Engineering Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across activities
• Monitor operational activities in store/warehouse and report issues
• Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate operational data and prepare periodic reports
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance monitoring
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, logistics, and quality
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and apply industrial engineering concepts
