Industrial Engineering Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and first-level managers to optimize production system design and operational efficiency
• Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures
• Provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives
• Acquire resources for department activities and provide technical management of suppliers
• Lead process improvements and oversee technical approaches, products, and processes
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience driving and implementing continuous improvement in a production-facing role
• 1+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent area
• 1+ years of experience in a management position with direct reports
• Must meet Export Control compliance requirements (US Person status required)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a management position with direct reports
• 3+ years of experience building a safety and quality culture
• Experience in Lean manufacturing implementation
• Experience building an organizational talent pipeline in engineering
• Experience working in dynamic environments with customer or regulatory interactions
