Industrial Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the client and engineering teams
• Synthesize needs and ensure compliance with legal and site regulatory requirements
• Estimate investment budgets with lot breakdowns
• Develop macro project schedules using MS Project
• Prepare technical specifications and tender documents (DCE) for supplies and works
• Conduct site visits and assist in supplier selection through comparative analysis
• Manage detailed work schedules based on site constraints and contractor timelines

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management or EPC
• Experience in process industries such as petrochemicals, refining, or pharmaceuticals
• Proficiency in English
• Mastery of project management tools (execution plans, scheduling, S-curves)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and MASE quality and safety procedures
