Industrial Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to engineering tenders
• Estimate and plan services and investments
• Manage client relationships before and after orders
• Organize and lead teams through all project phases
• Define design guidelines and lead technical reviews
• Prepare preliminary design dossiers
• Participate in procurement and purchasing activities
• Monitor and apply quality and safety requirements
• Report on activities, progress, and costs
• Manage modifications and engineering costs
• Support the commercial development of the establishment

Requirements

• Engineering degree or proven technical background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management or EPC
• Experience in chemical, refining, pharmaceutical, or process industries
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Plant 3D
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and MASE procedures
• English proficiency is an asset
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
