Industrial Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the client and engineering teams
• Synthesize needs and ensure compliance with legal and site regulatory requirements
• Estimate investment budgets with lot breakdown
• Establish macro and detailed project schedules using MS Project
• Prepare technical specifications for supplies and works
• Manage tender documents (DCE) and assist in supplier selection
• Conduct site visits and monitor technical alignment with contractors

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management or EPC
• Experience in process industries such as petrochemicals, refining, or pharmaceuticals
• Proficiency in English
• Mastery of project management tools (execution plans, scheduling, S-curves)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and MASE quality and safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects up to 50,000 engineering hours
• Ability to anticipate technical and planning challenges
