About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between the client and engineering teams
- Synthesize needs and ensure compliance with legal and site regulatory requirements
- Estimate investment budgets with lot breakdowns
- Create macro project schedules using MS Project
- Prepare technical specifications for supplies and works
- Manage tender documents (DCE) and assist in supplier selection
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and MASE quality and safety procedures
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Generalist or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management or EPC
- Experience in process industries such as petrochemicals, refining, or pharmaceuticals
- Proficiency in English
- Mastery of project management tools (execution plans, scheduling, S-curves)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
