Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create assembly procedures (SOP/WI), PFMEA, and Process Flows
• Provide technical support during sampling and the implementation of new products
• Resolve technical issues and instabilities in assembly operations
• Perform cycle time analysis and identify/eliminate bottlenecks
• Design automation solutions and specify assembly equipment and fixtures
• Conduct technical verification of processes (takt time, settings, functionality)
• Provide technical support to production lines during malfunctions and shifts
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, logistics, R&D, and purchasing departments

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field)
• Experience in production technology or assembly processes (manual or automated)
• Proven experience creating technical documentation: SOP/WI, PFMEA, and Process Flow
• Knowledge of assembly equipment, fixtures, and tools implementation
• Proficiency in SAP (Axalant) and MS Office
• Fluency in English or German (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of Slovak
