Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and determine machinery and equipment requirements, including creating equipment drawings in AutoCAD
• Plan and design end-to-end production processes and systems
• Create workflow diagrams and document standard operating procedures
• Analyze production process risks and develop preventive action plans
• Conduct time and method studies to optimize line balancing using modern techniques
• Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and cost reduction projects
• Coordinate production preparation processes and report on production KPIs

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
• Advanced proficiency in English
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Lean Production techniques and applications
• Ability to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli provinces
• Male candidates must have completed military service
