Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing plant layouts to reduce assembly line square footage and building requirements
• Define project perimeters, including products, technologies, and locations
• Establish project budget targets and manage project costs and savings
• Investigate and propose site selections and define building standard specifications
• Define and pilot project timing, milestones, and reporting
• Manage the physical transfer, ramp-up activities, and SOP related to projects through initial customer deliveries
• Coordinate interfaces between the Product Group and local sites to ensure standardization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred (other degrees with relevant experience will be considered)
• 3+ years of experience in plant layout within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting site software
