Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply industrial engineering principles to improve material flow, inventory management, and shop floor efficiency
• Analyze workflow and processes to ensure timely delivery of materials to production
• Conduct time studies and process analysis to identify opportunities for productivity and cost improvements
• Support layout planning and space optimization for material storage and movement
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency
• Use data and metrics to monitor performance and support decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and sustain improvements
• Standardize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience)
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of work-related experience (for Level 3 roles)
• 2+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing
• Experience partnering with key functions in an integrator or lead role
• Experience working closely with manufacturing assembly technicians
