Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply industrial engineering concepts to optimize F-15 production processes, plant layouts, and workflows
• Develop plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, and sequencing of operations
• Evaluate new technologies and techniques for integration into production and service operations
• Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by integrating design, supply base, facilities, and personnel
• Develop models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide metrics to leadership
• Research and implement processes to enhance schedule performance, lower costs, and improve quality
• Create product assembly instructions and standardize assembly practices
• Ensure compliance with industry safety, design standards, and ergonomic guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing
• Experience partnering with key functions in an integrator or lead role
• Passion for continuous improvement and manufacturing stabilization
