Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced industrial engineering concepts to optimize products, processes, and services
• Review and develop complex plant layouts, equipment layouts, and capacity plans
• Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by integrating design, supply base, facilities, and personnel
• Lead the development of models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide metrics
• Implement processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, lower costs, and improve quality
• Lead operations planning, including work statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capacity analysis
• Monitor production, supply chain logistics, and performance visibility
• Ensure compliance with industry safety, design standards, and ergonomic guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• 3 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment
• 3 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher specifically in Industrial Engineering
• 5 or more years of related work experience
• 3 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Experience with capacity planning and analysis
• Experience with Boeing DCAC MRM Software
