Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Procure equipment and manage project costs
• Conduct time and motion studies to develop standard work routines
• Perform data analysis for storage optimization and material handling
• Design and implement 5s initiatives across all departments
• Develop in-house forecasting models for packaging, consumables, and labor
• Support continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Design and modify facility and process drawings using AutoCAD
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify operational issues
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments and development teams

Requirements

• BEng Industrial Engineering, B.Com Logistics, or similar degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience within Distribution Centre (DC) operations
• Proficiency with MS Office packages
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Strong understanding of DC purpose, function, and operation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
