Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and create Production Orders in SAP for the factory workforce, ensuring clarity and accuracy in work sequences
• Specify and indicate associated standard manhours for each Production Order to align with cost models
• Attach order-specific engineering drawings to each project to communicate design requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to incorporate Generator Method Sheets (GMS) into production orders
• Work closely with Quality Engineers to integrate Quality Control Inspections (QCI) into the production process
• Continuously analyze and improve production processes and work instructions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience working with Large Electrical Generators
• Strong knowledge of Large Electrical Generators and Exciters
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically with transactions related to Production Orders and Engineering Product Definition (Drawings, BOMs, and MMs)
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in the manufacturing sector
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
