Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own material flow from supplier to line-side and build Plan for Every Part (PFEP)
• Partner with Supply Chain on inventory positioning and replenishment strategies
• Design and optimize facility layouts and production workflows
• Lead line balancing and workstation redesign to maximize output
• Define and own operational metrics including throughput, yield, and efficiency
• Build dashboards to translate operational data into actionable recommendations
• Design scalable manufacturing processes and champion Lean/5S methodologies
• Partner with Engineering and Software teams to ensure systems reflect real operations

Requirements

• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations
• Hands-on production floor experience with line balancing and facility layout
• Proven end-to-end ownership of operational challenges
• Cross-functional experience across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee due to ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to MES/ERP systems
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Background in high-mix manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or complex assembly
