Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage factory Capex planning, budget control, and capital utilization efficiency
• Lead productivity improvement projects including cost saving, cycle time, and MMR improvements
• Perform capacity planning and analysis to maximize plant utilization
• Conduct time studies and data analysis using Lean concepts
• Define production layouts to ensure efficiency and ergonomics
• Coordinate tool relocation and re-layout activities
• Plan resources for DL & IDL based on production volume
• Analyze material and process flows to improve line balancing
• Validate automation performance and capability
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Process, and Automation teams to achieve KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD
• In-depth understanding of LEAN principles and Six Sigma methodologies
