About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement work processes, including the selection and commissioning of machinery and tooling.
- Manage existing machinery such as laser cutters, punch presses, folding machines, robots/cobots, and vision cameras.
- Provide training to employees and operators on newly defined processes.
- Conduct risk/benefit analyses for new industrial projects.
- Monitor production processes to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met.
- Ensure the reliability of KPI data and implement new process control systems.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows and achieve industrialization savings.
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial, Electronic, Robotics, or a similar Engineering field.
- Experience working in industrial environments.
- English proficiency at a C1 level.
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various departments and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with automation or robotic applications.
