Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and implement work processes, including the selection and commissioning of machinery and tooling.
• Manage existing machinery such as laser cutters, punch presses, folding machines, robots/cobots, and vision cameras.
• Provide training to employees and operators on newly defined processes.
• Conduct risk/benefit analyses for new industrial projects.
• Monitor production processes to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met.
• Ensure the reliability of KPI data and implement new process control systems.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows and achieve industrialization savings.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial, Electronic, Robotics, or a similar Engineering field.
• Experience working in industrial environments.
• English proficiency at a C1 level.
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various departments and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with automation or robotic applications.
