Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure tool capacity meets wafer output requirements through regular capacity modeling and audits of workstation parameters
• Design, enhance, and maintain capacity models to provide accurate functionality and data-driven decision-making
• Analyze raw data using statistical tools and manipulate data structures to troubleshoot planning databases
• Perform capacity analysis to understand the impact of technology changes, process changes, or tool changes on the Fab
• Identify opportunities to minimize capital expenditure through scenario analysis and NPV calculations
• Collaborate with central teams, partner Fabs, and area stakeholders to close performance gaps and align on best-known methods
• Communicate scenario changes and provide justification for capital requests to site leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in Line Metrics, including OEE, efficiency, and utilization
• Knowledge of Queueing theory
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis
• Strong project management skills
