About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for engineering improvement projects per supervisor assignment
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes, and redesigning workflow structures
  • Establish presentation and report to demonstrate working results and provide insights
  • Sharing new initiative ideas to enhance the manufacturing process Support department activities

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Internship period of at least 3–6 months preferred
  • Understanding of time study, line balancing, and lean manufacturing
  • Ability to apply new technology tools or applications as a solution
  • Ability to use Power Automate to improve processes
