About the role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for engineering improvement projects per supervisor assignment
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes, and redesigning workflow structures
- Establish presentation and report to demonstrate working results and provide insights
- Sharing new initiative ideas to enhance the manufacturing process Support department activities
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Internship period of at least 3–6 months preferred
- Understanding of time study, line balancing, and lean manufacturing
- Ability to apply new technology tools or applications as a solution
- Ability to use Power Automate to improve processes
