Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects
• Monitor and analyze project KPIs and performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve project-related issues
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and project management principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Full professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or training in project management, operational excellence, or performance management
• Six Sigma Certification
• PMP Certification
