Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply Industrial Engineering methods to improve efficiency and optimize cost in the Motorcycle Tires production area
• Conduct time studies and analyze OEE/TEEP, losses, material flow, and benchmarking data
• Identify improvement opportunities, calculate savings, and run feasibility studies with Production and Engineering
• Lead improvement projects and workshops regarding workplace, layout, material flow, and work organization
• Implement and maintain standard times, SOPs, and CBS standards on the shop floor
• Participate in business team meetings to drive performance targets and report results in monthly production reviews
• Ensure ESH compliance within the area of responsibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Management
• Experience in tire manufacturing processes and process optimization
• Knowledge of time study methods such as REFA, MOST, or MTM
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Lean tools and CBS
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and shop-floor engagement skills
• Good command of English
