Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze material handling equipment and systems to recommend productivity improvements and cost efficiencies
• Design and develop new process layouts, production operations, and material handling system implementations
• Develop and maintain performance and quality statistics to assist operational teams in decision-making
• Review operations to determine the optimal flow of information and materials across the global distribution network
• Collaborate with site and global leadership to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives
• Identify business risks and strategic opportunities through data-driven analysis
• Assist in the selection and management of vendors and the procurement of production equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Advanced experience in Industrial Engineering with a focus on driving profitability and service levels
• Proficiency with SQL, database reporting, and query platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
• Knowledge of distribution operations, best practices, and automation
• Strong analytical, project, and product management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Belt
• Experience leading Kaizen events and performing statistical analyses
• Previous experience working within a distribution or fulfillment center environment
