Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure production equipment meets established timelines and product quality expectations
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities for key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including work instructions and process parameters
• Assist with updating data in SAP, such as Bill of Materials and production versions
• Support layout updates and improvements using AutoCAD to optimize efficiency and material flow
• Participate in new project launches and support activities related to equipment, FMEA, and ergonomics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as VSM, 6S, and TPM

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Technical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Strong interest in industrial engineering, production systems, and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English
• Proactive, structured, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of SAP
