Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve work system design and time data management across complete value stream processes.
• Optimize plant layout using flow-oriented concepts, BPS principles, and Lean Line design.
• Provide input for investment planning by analyzing production, customer demand, and capacity data.
• Ensure ergonomic workplace design through MTM methodologies and ErgoCheck tools.
• Develop and maintain standardized work for production and material handling activities.
• Determine and maintain IE data such as standard times, setup times, and changeover times in SAP.
• Develop and maintain plant direct and indirect productivity KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office 365, SAP, and PBI reporting.
• Strong technical detail orientation.
