Industrial Engineer (B.Eng.) Dual Study Program

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of global and regional product strategies
• Assist in defining global pricing strategies for individual products and services
• Participate in strategic projects, such as data utilization for customer services and brand management
• Develop ideas for the digitalization and improvement of business processes
• Collaborate with Original Equipment (OE) teams on selected initiatives
• Engage in the "Sports & More" team to organize company-wide sporting events and health initiatives

Requirements

• Possession of Allgemeine Hochschulreife or Fachhochschulreife
• Strong interest in business processes and corporate structures
• Good numerical understanding and interest in corporate management
• Fluency in both German and English
• Reliable, independent, and meticulous working style
• High level of engagement, curiosity, and willingness to take responsibility
