Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop equipment layouts, workflows, and accident prevention measures to ensure safe and efficient facility utilization.
• Identify and implement operational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support re-engineering efforts through root cause analysis, solution development, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate facility layouts and move processes for building transitions and equipment installations.
• Develop and contribute to operational performance metric reports to maintain data integrity.
• Investigate opportunities to improve processes and procedures based on key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as PowerBI and SQL.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, or lawful permanent resident.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Labor Management Systems (LMS).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
