Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement manufacturing and business process improvements to increase capacity and reduce lead times.
• Conduct capacity analysis for internal operations and suppliers, including headcount, equipment utilization, and space requirements.
• Utilize simulation software and analytical tools to model processes and support decision-making.
• Design, implement, and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to support uninterrupted supply.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product supply issues.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, operations, or process improvement.
• Proven experience with capacity analysis, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional manufacturing environments and with suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated or complex manufacturing environments.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
