Industrial Electrician Tech

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 24V to 600V, including motors, VFDs, sensors, and control panels
• Provide PLC and automation support, including programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell and Siemens preferred)
• Execute equipment installations and implement electrical improvements to increase system efficiency
• Ensure strict compliance with NFPA 70E and company safety protocols, taking corrective action in risky situations
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including wiring schematics (AutoCAD) and daily maintenance logs
• Coordinate with different shifts and departments to ensure clear communication regarding electrical issues

Requirements

• Experience with electrical system maintenance (24V–600V)
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (Rockwell or Siemens preferred)
• Ability to read and utilize wiring schematics and technical documentation
• Experience with AutoCAD for electrical documentation
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E safety standards and industrial safety protocols
