Industrial Electrician

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient operation of all electrical equipment and instrumentation throughout the facility.
• Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install equipment ranging from low voltage to 480V/277V circuits.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic diagrams to perform repairs and layouts.
• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to assign parts to work orders and track equipment information.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of an effective Preventative Maintenance program.
• Perform major installations, general maintenance, and repairs on equipment such as rotary fillers, casepackers, and palletizers.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety instructions and housekeeping procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in maintenance.
• Possession of an industrial, electrical, and/or welding certification or license.
• Ability to troubleshoot low to high voltage circuits and motor controls.
• Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of work experience in maintenance.
• Experience with robotics or automated machinery (rotary fillers, palletizers, etc.).
• One (1) year of experience with manufacturing processes such as valves, pumps, or pigging systems.
