Industrial Designer

Responsibilities

• Shape user-centered, sustainable energy solutions for the European market
• Translate user needs, market insights, and technological possibilities into high-quality design concepts
• Conduct user-centered research for the European market to provide actionable design recommendations
• Monitor design, technology, and market trends to identify future opportunities
• Develop innovative concepts while considering engineering feasibility and production costs
• Collaborate closely with the global design team and coordinate with external design partners

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering Design, or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience as an industrial or product designer
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino 3D or Creo
• Strong visual expression skills and a high level of aesthetic sense across different 3D styles
• C1 English proficiency or higher; German or Chinese language skills are a plus
