CYVL is a Physical AI company on a mission to bring Infrastructure Intelligence to every city, town, and community on the planet. We help governments plan, build, and maintain the physical infrastructure that people depend on every day through purpose-built hardware, computer vision, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design vision for the CYVL sensor: form, materials, finish, and feel
• Take shell and enclosure concepts through to refined mockups
• Make material and tactile decisions that read as premium
• Iterate tightly with our hardware and engineering team
• Deliver a handoff package ready to scale with our contract manufacturer

Requirements

• Deep industrial design expertise and vision
• Portfolio demonstrating restraint, premium materials, and intuitive physical interaction
• Fluency in CAD and material science
• Understanding of the design-to-manufacturing loop
• A "less is more" design philosophy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with premium consumer hardware (e.g., Sonos, Apple, GoPro)
• Experience with high-end outdoor equipment
• Track record of making complex products feel intuitive
