Industrial Design Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement designs to requirements and participate in design reviews to resolve comments
• Execute validation processes, automate measurements, and analyze/report data
• Perform targeted ergonomic or structural analyses to support pre-compliance
• Contribute to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and sustaining design fixes
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across functional teams to ensure product reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in a professional industrial design or engineering role
• Proficiency in CAD software, lab instruments, and debug processes
• Experience in at least one specialized domain: packaging, CMF, human factors, or structural design
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with automation tools such as Python or LabVIEW for validation purposes
