Industrial Controller

Responsibilities

• Support industrial controlling activities for the Outerwear division, including cost, margin, and performance reporting.
• Perform monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast to highlight key drivers and risks.
• Manage month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and industrial cost analysis.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, providing product costing and margin impact analysis.
• Act as a finance partner to Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams to support sourcing decisions and operational trade-offs.
• Support the development and use of Business Intelligence tools like Power BI to improve data quality and automation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a similar field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in a relevant controlling or finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, specifically Power BI.
• Solid understanding of cost and margin dynamics.
• Ability to interact effectively with non-finance stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial, supply chain, or product controlling.
