Industrial Controller Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the financial monitoring of industrial, tertiary, and logistics strategies, including Capex, direct costs, and stock management.
• Participate in budget definition and monthly variance analysis (actual vs. forecast).
• Assist in monthly closings, including Capex, production costs, stock valuation, and logistics costs.
• Monitor and animate Capex budgets with investment and industrial teams.
• Analyze investment requests to support operational managers (ROI, Payback, NPV).
• Analyze stock variations in collaboration with supply chain and production teams.
• Support the tracking and forecasting of direct logistics costs.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reviews to project teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the finance team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Management Control, or Audit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interest in developing skills with BI tools (Power BI, Qliksense, BW).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong soft skills: curiosity, autonomy, proactive mindset, and adaptability.
• Desire to gain industrial experience through a varied and evolving apprenticeship.
