Industrial Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycles for large industrial projects, including change and claims management
• Develop tender and contract strategies in collaboration with business functions
• Monitor supply chain developments and provide market intelligence updates
• Support development of PQQs, tender documentation, and evaluation criteria for FEED and EPCI packages
• Lead claim negotiations and resolve contractual disputes in collaboration with legal and procurement teams
• Maintain comprehensive records for contract variations and ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for forecasting and planning
• Communicate contract status and scope variances to senior leadership
• Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in contracts management for large Data Centres or industrial development projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or equivalent
• Proven experience in contract change and claim management
• Extensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations
• Understanding of financial analysis and project budget reporting
• Fluency in Spanish and English
