Industrial Clerk Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Gain insights into all commercial business areas including purchasing, sales, controlling, logistics, and planning
• Assist in the planning, management, and control of operational business processes
• Support customer service activities and the processing of offers and orders
• Participate in the digital processing of business transactions using modern IT systems
• Engage in various projects and take on independent tasks within daily operations

Requirements

• Middle school diploma, Fachabitur, or Abitur
• Strong interest in commercial processes and economic workflows
• Proficiency in German and good command of English
• IT literacy and confidence in using standard software applications
• A careful, responsible, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
