About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize cleaning interventions in compliance with client instructions
- Lead, animate, and coordinate the field team
- Manage equipment and materials during interventions
- Monitor and control the quality of work execution
- Report progress and operational updates to management
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, deadlines, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- BAC+2 or BAC+3 level degree
- Valid Driver's License (Permis B)
- Ability to travel within the region
- Availability for on-call shifts (astreintes)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning operations
