Industrial Channel Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth through channel partners and distributors
• Manage and expand existing distributor relationships across the assigned territory
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
• Develop structured account plans and growth strategies per partner
• Support partners with technical application knowledge and commercial quoting
• Collaborate on pricing, proposals, and end-customer solutions
• Lead pipeline management and activity tracking in HubSpot
• Attend industry trade shows and customer engagements
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and commercial teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of outside sales or channel sales experience
• Strong background in industrial manufacturing, machinery, or mechanical/electrical systems
• Proven experience working with distributors, resellers, or channel partners
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineered products
• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage territory performance independently
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with pumps, fluid systems, or industrial equipment
• Exposure to PowerBI or ERP systems
