Industrial Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage new project follow-ups by analyzing supplier offers and ensuring project schedules are met
• Propose supplier innovations and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Execute market analysis and technological/economic monitoring
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time, service, risk, and eco-responsibility
• Negotiate commercial conditions and implement appropriate framework agreements
• Optimize purchasing conditions including pricing, logistics, and payment terms
• Manage supplier partnerships and support procurement teams with stock and obsolescence management
• Build, monitor, and present KPIs for your purchasing portfolio

Requirements

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree specialized in Purchasing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industrial purchasing role
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of industrial environments (technical plans, processes, etc.)
• Proven negotiation techniques and ability to manage urgent priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate level in Spanish and/or Italian
• Proficiency with SAP software
