Industrial Buyer

Responsibilities

• Negotiate penalties with suppliers based on established contracts and operational discrepancies
• Collaborate with legal departments and suppliers to renegotiate and amend existing contracts
• Lead long-term procurement projects by coordinating multifunctional teams to improve costs, quality, and lead times
• Manage the tender process, including establishing specifications with engineering teams
• Select supplier panels in alignment with procurement strategy
• Act as the focal point for suppliers throughout the solicitation process
• Analyze supplier responses in collaboration with multifunctional teams
• Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions and formalize supplier relationships

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in procurement
• Initial experience in industrial procurement, ideally in the aerospace sector
• Experience in an international environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the procurement process
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with multifunctional teams
• Proficiency in English
