Industrial Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned industrial customers
• Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, energy efficiency, and capital projects
• Prospect and establish relationships with new industrial accounts
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in operations, maintenance, and engineering
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend HVAC, mechanical, or industrial solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop solutions
• Facilitate effective turnover from sales to project execution teams
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial sales, industrial engineering, or operations leadership experience
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and growing revenue
• Experience working with manufacturing, chemical, food and beverage, or pharmaceutical facilities
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
• Understanding of industrial systems, HVAC, mechanical systems, or facility infrastructure
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
