Indoor Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and offer relevant products
• Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features/benefits
• Process orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve customer issues
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls

Requirements

• University Degree
• 2 to 3 years of sales experience
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Trilingual: French, English, Arabic
