Indirects Procurement Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Indirects Procurement Management Team through purchasing activities and sourcing processes
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure service delivery aligns with Purchasing Policy guidelines
• Monitor and report on key procurement KPIs, including savings, cash flow, and contract management
• Communicate with local suppliers and support innovation and savings projects
• Create and manage content within the COUPA system
• Assist in supplier data management and the validation/update of PIRs
• Develop strategic projects focused on process optimization

Requirements

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or Chemical Engineering
• Must be a student graduating in one year or later
• Advanced English proficiency
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Basic proficiency in Power BI and Excel
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
