Indirect Tax Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor indirect tax legislation and the Consumption Tax Reform (IBS, CBS, and IS)
• Contribute to tax strategy and map impacts on processes, systems, and business models
• Act as a liaison between the tax area and other departments for reform implementation
• Perform and review calculations for PIS, COFINS, ICMS, and ISS
• Prepare and review ancillary obligations such as EFD Contribuições and EFD ICMS/IPI
• Build compliance routines for IBS and CBS during the transition period
• Perform accounting reconciliations and support audits and inspections
• Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Solid technical knowledge of applicable indirect tax legislation
• Familiarity with the Consumption Tax Reform fundamentals
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (implementation or tax parameterization)
• Knowledge of SAP Business One
• Experience in technology, digital platforms, marketplaces, fintechs, or payment methods
• Experience with fiscal process automation
• Proficiency in project management tools and management reporting
• Advanced English
